    Abstract
    Sudangrass, Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench, is a productive forage when certain precautions are observed. Some crossbred forms can produce hydrocyanic acid [HCN] or prussic acid following cell damaging events such as premature grazing, cutting, or frost. Discusses protection of livestock, fertilization, irrigation, seeding, weed control, harvesting, and seed growth. Note: Pesticides were legal at time of publication. Check current label before using any chemicals. 4 pages.
